I'm Shukesh, a PhD scholar in Multimodal Media Forensics at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, under the supervision of Dr. Abhijit Das. My research focuses on learning robust face representations for multimodal forensic analysis of manipulated media, with an emphasis on generalization across real-world distribution shifts.
Prior to my PhD, I worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Aiotel, where I developed scalable IoT platforms and low-power asset tracking devices. Earlier, as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Eazythings, I worked on industrial IoT systems, including smart energy meters and embedded device architectures.
Looking ahead, I aim to pursue research at the intersection of computer vision and edge-deployable vision systems, with a focus on privacy-preserving and trustworthy media authenticity verification in real-world settings.
